Our plants are living organisms and may naturally vary in size, color, shape, growth pattern, and variegation from the photographs shown on our website.
Plants may experience stress, leaf damage, yellowing, wilting, or other changes during shipping. These changes do not necessarily indicate that a plant is unhealthy or dead.
We make every reasonable effort to package plants securely and ship them in appropriate conditions. However, we cannot control conditions once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping and Weather
Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday from Maryland.
Because live plants are sensitive to temperature, we strongly recommend purchasing appropriate weather protection when necessary.
● Temperatures above 85°F: Ice pack and insulation are highly recommended.
● Temperatures below 45°F: Heat pack and insulation are highly recommended.
Customers are responsible for reviewing weather conditions at their location and along the expected shipping route before placing an order.
Extreme weather may result in a shipping delay when necessary to protect the health of the plants.
4. Shipping Carriers
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Botanically Buzzed Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, mishandling, extreme temperatures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should monitor tracking information and ensure that someone is available to receive packages containing live plants whenever possible.
5. Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, device settings, and individual screens.
For variegated plants and other plants with naturally variable characteristics, the exact amount and pattern of variegation cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

By placing an order, you agree that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
