Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday and Tuesday each week. Orders are shipped from Maryland, USA.

Weather Protection
Because our plants are living products, temperatures can have a significant impact on their health during transit.

• Temperatures above 85°F: We highly recommend adding an ice pack and insulation to your shipment to help protect your plants from excessive heat.
• Temperatures below 45°F: We highly recommend adding a heat pack and insulation to your shipment to help protect your plants from cold temperatures.
• Between 45°F and 85°F: Additional temperature protection may not be necessary, depending on the forecast and shipping route.

Please keep in mind that weather conditions can vary throughout the shipping route. We strongly encourage customers to consider the forecast for both their location and the expected transit route when deciding whether to purchase temperature protection.

Weather-Related Delays
We reserve the right to delay shipping when extreme weather conditions could put the health of your plants at significant risk. Our goal is to get your plants to you safely and healthy.
